Meeting of the students at Dhaka University held on 2 March 1971 protesting the postponement of the assembly session, killing of students at Tangail and arrest of students. In this meeting the flag of Independent Bengal was raised for the first time. Following the meet a large procession of students and people went round the streets of Dhaka led by DUCSU VP A.S.M Abdur Rab, GS Abdul Kuddus Makhan, Students League President Nur-e-Alam Siddiquee and GS Shajahan Siraj.
